RLA’s system allows fast application of timber flooring, for concrete substrates. Offering a premium quality and economical solution, used for general timber flooring application, or concrete subfloors with a moisture content higher than 80% relative humidity.
PART 1: CONCRETE SUBSTRATE – Substrates must be structurally sound, dry, smooth, clean and in accordance with the relevant Floorcoverings Australian Standards – whilst All concrete floors must be tested for moisture content in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards prior to the application of works. PART 2: MOISTURE BARRIER
RLA MOISTURE SEAL:
Is a two-part water-based epoxy primer for sealing Concrete subfloor with a moisture content higher than 80% RH (Relative Humidity).
PART 3: PRIMING
RLA UNIVERSAL PRIMER:
A rapid drying solvent free low VOC water based acrylic primer. For use over porous and non-porous substrates such as ceramic tiles and painted surfaces (water based only)
For non-porous substrates such as burnished surfaces it is recommended that a light grind or sand be conducted to enhance adhesion.
PART 4: LEVELLING
RLA ECONO PRO PLUS:
Is a specially formulated floor leveling compound designed to achieve a smooth flat surface for application of timber floors carpet, tiles, vinyl, LVT and floating floor systems.
with excellent flow properties formulated for self- levelling differences from 1 to 20 mm in thickness
PART 5: TIMBER FLOORING ADHESIVE
